Product detailsThe VACUU·SELECT fine vacuum control package provides a user-friendly control solution for processes down to 1 x 10^-3 mbar. The package comprises the VACUU·SELECT controller with VACUU·VIEW extended fine vacuum gauge, a chemical-resistant inline isolation solenoid valve (VV-B 15C), and the connection accessories required for small flange (KF) systems. The KF DN 16 configuration is compatible with RE / RZ 2.5 to RE / RZ 6 rotary vane pumps and the HYBRID pump RC 6. The controller features an application-based graphical interface; predefined applications can be edited and new applications created to match process requirements. Included inline valve and sensor are automatically configured via the VACUU·BUS system for plug-and-play integration.
