Description
The PC 3003 VARIO select chemical diaphragm pumping unit provides precise vacuum control through variable‑speed management to deliver stable process conditions. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller offers application‑based operation: manual set‑point control, fully automated distillations, and custom workflows via drag‑and‑drop. During solvent evaporation the controller continuously detects the boiling point and adjusts the vacuum to avoid bumping and foaming. The VARIO control algorithm maintains the required vacuum without unnecessary motor overspeed, reducing noise and extending maintenance intervals. The inlet separator is glass with a protective coating to retain particles and droplets. When connected to chilled water or a recirculating chiller, the exhaust condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery, reducing emissions and operating costs.
