Product details
The PC 3010 NT VARIO select pumping unit precisely controls vacuum via the integrated VACUU·SELECT controller to deliver repeatable process results. Its combination of high pumping speed and fractional‑mbar ultimate vacuum makes it suitable for demanding laboratory and pilot‑plant applications, including floor‑standing rotary evaporators, vacuum drying ovens, distillation columns, miniplants and kilo‑labs. The controller provides manual set‑point control, fully automated distillation sequences and a drag‑and‑drop editor for custom procedures. During solvent evaporation the controller continuously detects the boiling point and adapts the vacuum automatically. The VARIO control algorithm adjusts motor speed to maintain the required vacuum while preventing bumping and foaming, reducing noise and extending maintenance intervals. The glass inlet separator with robust protective coating retains particles and droplets; the exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery when used with chilled water or a recirculating chiller. The pump unit is delivered fully assembled and ready for use, with manual.
