Description
Four-stage diaphragm pumps like the MV 10 NT VARIO select are reliable solutions for continuous, oil-free pumping of non-corrosive gases to very low vacuum levels. With its high pumping speed this pump is suitable for higher gas load applications or rapid pump down of vacuum chambers. All wetted parts are made of aluminum, stainless steel and selected plastics appropriate for a wide range of non-corrosive gas applications. The MV 10 NT VARIO select automatically adapts motor speed to maintain the desired vacuum level, resulting in quiet operation with ultra-low vibrations and high tightness. The fabric-reinforced double FKM diaphragm provides extended operating life. The VARIO® design comprises the variable-speed pump and the VACUU·SELECT® vacuum controller with external gauge head. Demand-responsive motor speed control on VARIO® models further extends diaphragm and valve lifetimes. Oil-free operation eliminates the risk of contamination from backstreaming.
