ISOUSB-PLUS-BOX Isolator - The USB 2.0 full-speed isolator for medical devices. The certified ISOUSB-PLUS-BOX USB Isolator provides complete galvanic separation for all USB connections, effectively isolating standard PCs from critical or safety-sensitive applications. It withstands an isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms for 1 minute and 7500 V DC for 1 second under single isolation conditions. With reinforced insulation certified to 4000 Vrms for 1 minute according to EN 60601-1 Rev. 3.1, the isolator is ideally suited for medical environments and other sensitive applications. The device features a primary USB Type B input and a secondary USB Type A output, both equipped with high-retention connectors to ensure secure connections. The output is short-circuit protected, and any overload condition is indicated by a red LED, which simultaneously disables the output to prevent damage.
