Description

Overview
Designed for engineers and test laboratories at AED/defibrillator manufacturers, the DFS360 combines a defibrillation analyzer, external load simulation and oscilloscope functions in one compact tester. Dedicated software displays and automatically saves shock waveform, energy (J), parameters and characteristic points to create a searchable and traceable test history. The built-in 50 Ω impedance meets common regulatory and performance test requirements. The DFS360 supports Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) analysis and provides an SDK for automated test sequences and PC/API integration.

Functions
  • ECG Signal Output: outputs shockable and non-shockable rhythms for AED interpretation testing (VF coarse/fine, VT, AF, asystole, NSR).
  • Shock Waveform & Energy Measurement: captures and displays shock waveform, energy (J), parameters and characteristic points; sampling interval 4 μs; adjustable cursors for detailed analysis.
  • Basic Waveform Output: generates sine, square and triangle waveforms with configurable BPM, frequency and amplitude; adjustable ECG waveform voltage and timing parameters.
  • Built-in 50 Ω Impedance: simulates average human load without external accessories, suitable for standard performance verification.
  • Raw Data Playback: plays ECG databases and user-defined or clinically recorded waveforms for repeatable verification and development.
  • Simple Automated Testing: Auto Sequence function stores frequently used test items for automated execution.
  • Shock Waveform Analysis: R&R analysis compares multiple shock records and calculates mean and standard deviation of energy to quantify consistency.

Highlights
  • Single device integrates multiple test functions, reducing setup complexity and inter-device noise.
  • Dedicated software for fast parameter setup and automatic saving of test results to build a searchable history.
  • SDK available to develop custom automated test software and control the device via PC/API.
