Description

Product Overview
This cutting-edge zirconia material showcases a natural four-dimensional gradient of color, clarity, strength, and hardness, designed for complex restorations. Pro Master Zirconia enhances the quality of all-ceramic dentures with improved toughness and resistance to deformation.

Key Features
  • Natural four-dimensional gradient of color, clarity, strength and hardness
  • Seamless multi-layer structure: 8 stacked layers and 15 gradient layers for smooth color transition
  • Translucency: gradual decrease from incisal edge to cervical area (57% - 43%)
  • Strength / hardness gradient: multiple reported ranges across content (banner shows 1300-800 MPa; description indicates 700-1300 MPa increasing from incisal to cervical)
  • Colored zirconia block that requires no internal staining and can be fully sintered directly
  • Design flexibility: suitable for monolithic, cut-back, or framework designs

How it works
Yucera Pro Master Zirconia is developed on the concept of "Natural as Real Teeth", accurately expressing the color and translucency of natural teeth. The translucency gradually decreases from the incisal edge to the cervical area (57% to 43%), while strength and hardness gradually increase from the incisal edge to the cervical area to balance aesthetic translucency with durability.

Layer Structure
  • Enamel Layer: lower hardness and strength at the incisal edge to help prevent damage to opposing teeth while achieving realistic translucency
  • Middle Layer: seamless transition in color, translucency, strength and hardness from incisal to cervical for excellent aesthetics
  • Cervical Layer: higher hardness and strength at the cervical area for long-term durability and effective masking of underlying colors

Applications
  • Half arch and long bridge
  • Full contour crown
  • Full contour bridge
  • Veneer
  • Inlay
  • Anterior restorations
  • Implant restorations

Sintering Curve
Recommended to follow Yucera's standard sintering procedure to achieve optimal results. Examples of sintering load references: 1-5 UNIT, 6-10 UNIT, 11-14 UNIT. The final sintering outcome is influenced by factors such as path accuracy, impression or digital scan files, CAD/CAM design, milling, staining, and try-in skills.

Shade / Thickness Selection
Pro Master | SHADE: A1 A2 A3 A3.5 A4 B1 B2 B3 B4 C1 C2 C3 C4 D2 D3 D4 OM1 OM2 OM3 BL1 BL2 BL3 BL4
Thickness (mm): 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35
Diameter (mm): 98, 95, 92*75

Notes
Pro Master achieves realistic enamel translucency at the incisal edge while lower translucency at the cervical area masks underlying colors. Ideal for complex restorations requiring both aesthetic gradients and mechanical durability.
