Overview
Ekzarta combines diagnostic methods for fascial muscular chains with a kinesitherapy suspension system to assess function and implement individualized rehabilitation programs. The device is intended for clinical and rehabilitation settings and supports progressive loading to restore neuromuscular control and functional movement patterns.

Operation
The patient lies on a table driven by an electric Kinezo-Expert drive. Slings are attached under the limbs, pelvis and/or chest using carabiners on cables suspended from the ceiling structure. A wide sling on elastic straps can be placed under the body to assist exercises and provide partial or full suspension. By adjusting the table height or the sling cable lengths, limbs or body segments are lifted or lowered to achieve the desired unloading and exercise positions. Rehabilitation sessions comprise a sequence of controlled exercises adapted to the diagnosis.
