Overview«Alter Step» dynamic stair trainer is a dynamic simulator for musculoskeletal training and gait recovery after injuries, stroke, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions affecting walking function.
Description«Alter Step» combines a four-step stair with anti-slip coating and adjustable handrails. The stair height is electrically adjustable from 0 to 15 cm, enabling exercises from early rehabilitation stages. In the flat position (zero step height) the unit serves as parallel bars. Handrail height and width are adjustable to patient anthropometry. The device can be fitted with one or two wheelchair ramps (600 or 900 mm) to facilitate transfers. Suitable for rehabilitation departments, neuro and cardiac rehabilitation centres, clinics and nursing homes.
