Electrode materials: SUS304/SUS316L medical-grade stainless steel or titanium. Insulation: PTFE or Parylene. Connector options: Luer Lock, Ablation System connector, or custom interfaces. Single-use, EO sterilized, compatible with monopolar or bipolar RF systems and offered through OEM/ODM production.

Detailed description
The RF Needle from ZorayPT is engineered for controlled lesioning during pain-management interventions. Manufactured in an ISO 13485-certified Class 100,000 cleanroom, the device supports a range of electrode geometries and tip configurations to suit clinical protocols. Available options include sharp beveled or blunt tips, radiopaque marker for imaging visibility, graduated scale marking for depth control, depth limiter for controlled insertion and sterile double-layer EO sterilized packaging. Dimensions, insulation, connector and handle styles are fully customizable to clinical requirements.
