ZPT-TN-001 thermolesion needle is a single-use radiofrequency (RF) cannula designed for precise thermolesion and nerve coagulation in pain management. Constructed with medical-grade SUS304 stainless steel and PP/ABS components, the assembly includes a needle hub, insulated outer tube, inner tube and protector cap. Standard lengths, diameters and tip exposures are provided with customization options. Each needle is EO sterilized and individually packaged for single use, with a 5-year shelf life.

Detailed Description
The insulated outer tube features a dielectric-strength coating to direct RF energy to the active tip and limit collateral tissue heating. Tip geometry options (straight, curved, blunt, sharp) and bevel styles (Quincke or lancet) enable procedural flexibility. Surface finishes include electropolishing to reduce penetration force, siliconised lubrication for smoother insertion and echogenic markings to improve ultrasound visibility. Active tip lengths are selectable to control lesion size and heat delivery.
