ZorayPT’s AVF needle (arteriovenous fistula / dialysis needle) is a precision-engineered medical device for reliable vascular access during hemodialysis. Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel 304 (customizable), it supports high-flow blood withdrawal and safe return through dialysis systems. Gauge, length, tip type and back-eye configuration are configurable to clinical or OEM requirements.

Design & performance
The back-eye (side opening) improves flow and reduces intraluminal clotting risk. The sharp bevel angle ensures smooth, low-resistance vessel and skin penetration. Blunt-tip variants are optimized for buttonhole cannulation to minimize trauma at the access site and reduce bleeding and infection risk. These design choices support consistent performance and patient comfort in both acute and chronic dialysis settings.
