Overview
Sonography is the use of ultrasound waves in medicine as an imaging method for examining organic tissue. A specially tailored sonography table that allows appropriate patient positioning increases the quality of the images. The AGA sonography tables are available with a two-part or three-part tabletop and with a fixed height. Adjustable positions (roof position, Trendelenburg/Anti-Trendelenburg, head down) and specific head adjustments allow improved sonographic access (e.g. thyroid imaging) and support sonographically guided injections and interventions.

Versions

• 3-piece tabletop — Article No.: SO-ZK 1065/EE: three upholstery segments (head, back, leg) with electrically adjustable leg and back sections and manually adjustable head section; allow horizontal position, Trendelenburg/Anti‑Trendelenburg positions, roof position and head down position.
• 2-piece tabletop — Article No.: SO-1065: two halves adjusted with gas pressure springs enabling horizontal position, Trendelenburg/Anti‑Trendelenburg positions and roof position; adjustments are set without patient present.

• Separate control of upholstery parts permits converting from roof position to horizontal using Trendelenburg/Anti‑Trendelenburg adjustments.

SO-ZK 1065/EE (3-piece) — key details

• Tabletop segments (head/back and leg sections) continuously adjusted ± by electric motors: +20° / -17° for back/leg sections (electric motor); headrest continuously adjustable +40° / -30° and locked with clamping handle and clamping rod mechanism.
• Controls via foot switch (alternative hand switch available at no extra charge).
• Designed to allow adjustments with heavier patients (up to 200 kg). Adjustment systems equipped with key locks.
• Motor connection values per motor: 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 3.7 A, 850 W, IPX4, speed v = 11 mm/s, force 10,000 N.

SO-1065 (2-piece) — key details

• Two halves continuously adjusted using gas pressure springs (+15° / -17°) and locked with handwheels; required examination positions must be preset (without patient).
