Product overview
Body in AlMg3 light alloy sheet, anodized (10 micron). Internal frame with 2 vertical sections made in anodized light alloy profiles and nylon fiberglass rails with stopping system. Useful rail width 302 mm suitable for metal containers placed on BLSFL3004 shelves or for polypropylene containers with lids (BGDNN…) without shelves.

Doors and sealing
Double-wing doors built in 2.5 mm bent sheet with continuous hinges. Doors open to 270° with an additional stop at 260° for tunnel disinfection. Vertical thumb-latch secures the door by hooking at top and bottom. EPDM gasket around the opening (doors, base and cover); central junction and corner design ensure airtight protection during transport outside sterile areas.

Handling and chassis
One push-handle on each short side. Non-twisting light-alloy bottom frame. Non-marking grey rubber bumpers on top and bottom. Two fixed and two swivelling wheels Ø 160 mm with super-elastic grey rubber ring, ball-bearings with waterproof plastic protection and stainless steel housings.

Capacity and rails
Rails carrying capacity: 20 kg. Maximum capacity: 8 sterile units 300 x 600 x 300 mm (h) or 8 polypropylene containers 530 x 325 x 200 mm (h).
