Product Overview
Sampling needle designed for biopharma sampling of single-use sampling system bags. Closed design enables aseptic transfer and reduces contamination risk. Supplied presterilized for single-use and compatible with a range of process fluids and solutions.

Materials / Size Available

• Needle: Stainless steel
• Plug / Sleeve: Platinum-cured silicone
• Body: Polypropylene
• Needle hole sizes: 1 mm, 2 mm

Inserting Procedure

• Step 1: Rotate the check nut on the back of the sleeve counter-clockwise to open the front TC portion of the sampling port adapter.
• Step 2: Detach the front TC portion of the sampling port adapter from the sleeve.
• Step 3: Insert the sampling port into the grooves provided in the sleeve.
• Step 4: Attach the stainless-steel sanitary flange to the sleeve.
