Description

Overview
  • Premisut UHMWPE suture is a sterile synthetic multifilament braided non-absorbable surgical suture prepared from fibers of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.
  • The braided suture is composed of dyed and undyed UHMWPE fibers; dyed fibers are black, using carbon black.
  • Available as flat/tape braided and round braided constructs, with flat/tape widths typically ranging from 1 mm to 6 mm.


Intended use
  • Intended for soft tissue approximation and/or ligation in general surgical procedures.
  • Can be incorporated into constructs with allograft or autograft tissues for repair applications.
