System composed of: – Occipitocervical bar with 3 and 4 holes; – Articulated Screw (Polyaxial) with Full Thread and Partial Thread; – Spongy Screw and Screw Support; – Long and Short Angled Hook; – Longitudinal and Transverse Bar; – Screw and Occipital Nut; – Top Screw Nut, Connectors.
