Porous Metal Bone Implant Material - Intervertebral Fusion Cage • The 3D ACT Intervertebral fusion cage solves the disadvantages of traditional PEEK materials. Made of titanium alloy, it is endowed with an excellent biocompatibility. • The trabecular structure built on the 3D ACT technology has a porosity of up to 80% and a pore size of 800±200μm. This structure is helpful to the migration and proliferation of bone cells, and enables the accumulation of BMP and anti-inflammatory factors. • With an elastic modulus similar to that of the cancellous bone, it can avoid stress shielding effects and bone resorption. • The curved and textured end plate contact surface provides excellent initial stability. The diversified design considerations enable the reliable fusion between bone and implant.
