Description
AntiTaq monoclonal antibodies (mouse IgG) at 2 mg/ml are produced from a hybridoma cell line and formulated to block Taq DNA Polymerase at room temperature. This inhibition improves polymerase sensitivity, specificity and stability during PCR and can increase overall PCR product yield. AntiTaq is available in glycerol-containing and glycerol-free formats; the glycerol-free format is suitable for lyophilization.

Applications
Blocking/inhibiting Taq DNA Polymerase at room temperature to improve PCR sensitivity, specificity and yield; option for glycerol-free use when downstream lyophilization is required.
