The EF865/855 integrated cutting and heat sealing machine is designed for automatic cutting and heat sealing of medical-grade packaging materials, including breathing bags, plastic film and composite film roll bags. It combines touchscreen control, automatic cutting, pulse heating and dynamic pressing heat sealing to produce consistent seals suitable for sterile packaging processes. The system includes working-data storage and an anti-clamping safety function and supports multiple operating modes for production flexibility. It is engineered to meet requirements for pre- and post-sterilization packaging in biopharmaceutical and medical consumables manufacturing.
