Product overviewThis tester measures the heat-seal and peel strength between packaged films and composite bags. It supports on-site evaluation of sealing and peel performance for various plastic films according to specified sample sizes. Test data can be printed via the built-in thermal printer or exported to a PC through the USB interface using the supplied recording software for batch traceability.
Test principleThe specimen is clamped between two chucks. The chucks move relative to each other while a force sensor on the fixed chuck records the force variation. Collected force data are used to calculate heat-seal strength, peel strength and related indicators.
Scope of applicationThis equipment is suitable for testing heat seal strength and peel strength of plastic film, composite film, paper-plastic bags, aluminum foil bags and similar packaging materials in industrial quality control and R&D.
