After hybridisation, EUROArrays are read in the EUROArrayScanner. The EUROArrayScan software automatically recognises the positions of the arrays and quantifies the spot signals for each DNA probe. In just a few seconds, the software calculates the test results for all samples from the signal intensity and documents the findings. The extensive, integrated controls are automatically taken into account. Manual evaluation and interpretation of the signals is not necessary. The EUROArrayScan software generates a clear work protocol for each run, making sample processing easy and safe. When the final results are output, the user can choose to view an overview of all samples with their respective test results and/or a detailed individual result report with all partial results and the corresponding array image to verify the suggested final results. The user can also add individual comments.
