Overview
Form Wash L and Form Cure L provide an automated wash-and-post-cure workflow for SLA 3D prints. The equipment sequence removes uncured resin, allows controlled air drying, and completes post-curing to stabilize material properties and surface finish.

Washing

• Automated agitation in a solvent bath to remove residual resin from complex geometries.
• Automatic lift-out after a preset cycle to enable air-drying and avoid over-soaking or warping.
• Embedded solvent monitor to indicate when solvent replacement is required.
• Adjustable build-platform mount to accept different platform sizes and orientations.
• Volume control for solvent use depending on part size and batch quantity.
• Recommended solvents: IPA (isopropyl alcohol); compatible with TPM and Formlabs Resin Washing Solution.

Curing

• 405 nm LED array combined with convective heating to complete polymer crosslinking and maximize material properties.
• 48-LED configuration and uniform irradiance (approx. 14.5 mW/cm²) for repeatable results.
• Rapid preheat (example: 60 s to 60°C) and convective heating up to ~100°C for engineering resins.
• Turntable sizes: Form Cure = 235 mm, Form Cure L = 404 mm for full-size part accommodation.
• Preprogrammed cure cycles validated for standard and engineering resins.

Workflow & indicative times

• Example reference workflow (General Purpose resin): 5 min wash + automatic lift and ~5 min air-dry + 1 min cure.
• Actual times depend on resin type, part geometry and batch size; verify material presets for repeatable outcomes.
