01 THE IMPORTANCE OF SYSTEMATIC DETECTION OF HPV
Human papillomavirus(HPV) is the cause of cervical cancer and is the most common sexually transmitted disease among women. Most people with HPV have no symptoms, so early diagnosis is one of the key factors for prevention of associated diseases. Currently, molecular diagnosis is the most sensitive and accurate method for detection of HPV. Increasingly, multiplex PCR is being used for HPV detection, enabling the simultaneous detection of significant HPV viral target genes. SMARTCHEK® HPV Detection Kit is a real-time polymerase chain reaction assay, intended for diagnosis to Human papillomavirus using GENECHECKER® UF-300 and UF-340 Real-time PCR System.
02 BETTER DETECTION ASSAY FOR YOUR TIMELY AND ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS
This assay is containing specific primer pairs of high risk HPV genes, such as Type 16, Type 18, High Risk HPV Group 1(16, 31, 33, 35, 52, and 58), High Risk HPV Group 2 (18, 39, 45, and 68), and High Risk HPV Group 3 (51, 56, and 59), and can diagnose Human papillomavirus infection in 40 minutes. This assay uses real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology and TaqMan® probe chemistry to detect target genes.
