Main feature
1. The headboard is made of ABS advanced engineering plastic injection molded in one go, with a beautiful appearance, smooth and easy to clean surface, easy loading and unloading, solid and beautiful, reliable and durable. The color of the bedside membrane is optional.
2. The bed frame is made of high-quality carbon steel rectangular profiles, with specifications of 30 × 70 × 1.5mm. The chassis is welded with rectangular tubes with a thickness of 1.7mm, which are firm and reliable. Strip board surface, good breathability.
3. Guardrail: Two guardrails are installed at the head, which are injection molded from high-grade engineering plastic ABS in one go. It can be automatically locked when raised. After being put down, it can be hidden under the bed panel to achieve zero gap transfer. Guardrail safety switch design, placed below the guardrail to avoid patient misoperation; Equipped with a power assisted gas spring for easy operation. The steel structure of the guardrail base is welded onto the bed to ensure safety.
4. Carbon steel surface treatment: It is completed in one go using our own fully automatic electrostatic powder spraying production line. Before spraying, it is rust removed by a high-speed shot blasting machine, and then treated with water washing, oil removal, acid washing, secondary phosphating, etc. A layer of epoxy resin protective film is uniformly electrophoretically deposited on the metal surface and the inner wall and surface of the pipe to form an anti-oxidation coating. Then, electrostatic powder spraying is carried out to truly achieve internal and external rust prevention and extend the service life of the hospital bed. The powder is an antibacterial powder.
5. The four-wheel adopts a 125mm diameter polyurethane central control wheel, with confidential ball bearings built into the dual wheels and rotating head. The wheel cover is wear-resistant, silent, anti winding, dust-proof, and aesthetically pleasing. It is made of synthetic material thermosetting, acid and alkali resistant, and can be disinfected at high temperatures. The load test has passed the European industry standard EN12531.
