Product Overview
Disposable balloon dilatation catheters (PBDC series) are sterile single-use devices intended to provide controlled radial dilation of narrowed lumens during minimally invasive procedures. They combine a low-profile sheath with an inflatable distal balloon compatible with a 0.035" guide wire to enable precise positioning and graded expansion.

Application
Clinically indicated for laparoscopic procedures to establish or enlarge a surgical channel and for endoscopic dilation of stenotic segments when appropriate.

How to use

• Preparation: Inspect packaging and device integrity prior to use. Remove the protective sleeve and support rod from one end of the balloon. Maintain the balloon in the collapsed (vacuum) state until inflation.
• Balloon expansion: Under endoscopic or fluoroscopic guidance, advance a 0.035" guide wire across the stenosis. Select the appropriate PBDC model and advance the catheter over the guide wire. Position the balloon with the two radiopaque/visualization markers at the proximal and distal limits of the stenosis. Use a pressure-controlled inflation pump and monitor the pressure gauge. Inflate to the working pressure and hold for 1–3 minutes as clinically indicated.
