Product overviewThe THC Rapid Test Strip DTH-102 is a one-step visual immunoassay for the qualitative presumptive detection of THC metabolites (11-nor-Δ9-THC-9-carboxylic acid and glucuronide) in human urine specimens. It is intended for professional use in clinical, occupational and forensic screening.
Intended useQualitative presumptive screening for the presence of THC metabolites in human urine. Positive or non-negative results should be confirmed by a validated laboratory method (e.g., GC-MS or LC-MS/MS). Not for quantitative measurement.
PrincipleThe assay uses antibody-based immunochromatography. Urine migrates along the strip and interacts with colored conjugates and immobilized reagents. Competition between free analyte and immobilized antigen produces a visible test line pattern enabling presumptive detection of THC metabolites.
