Overview
MYLAB is a compact, modular R&D unit designed for laboratory-scale granulation and coating processes. It enables formulation development and scale-up studies by offering multiple processing technologies in a single, adaptable platform.

  • Integrated control panel: Control panel built into the MTU, preconfigured to operate seamlessly with both production modules for simplified operation and optimized workflow.
  • MAX corporate HMI: MAX corporate HMI developed to improve operator efficiency, responsiveness and ease of learning.
  • Interchangeable containers: Modular solution with interchangeable product containers for top- and bottom-spray processes; batch sizes typically from 3 to 6 litres depending on configuration.
  • Process versatility: Fluid bed module available with high-shear mixer for dry blending and wet granulation applications.
  • Flexible drum options: Coating pan fitted with interchangeable drums (fully perforated and/or wedge and/or solid wall) suitable for batches from 0.5 to 10 litres.
  • Enhanced mixing: Coating pan includes welded wave-shaped baffles to ensure optimal mixing of cores.
