Description

Overview
Rotary cappers for counting/dosing and applying screw and press-on closures across a wide range of containers and cap types. Fast, tool-free changeover is combined with a touchscreen HMI that supports product recipe management. Standard screw-cap application uses low-hysteresis magnetic clutches for consistent torque; servo torque control is available as an option. Available as integrated solutions with bowl feeder and in multiple head configurations to suit production needs. Design complies with GMP and uses a table-top layout for easy access and cleaning.
