Description

Overview The UNCRAMBLER is a rotary unscrambler designed to orient and feed bottles into packaging lines. Bottles are loaded randomly into a large covered hopper, raised by a flighted infeed into a primary starwheel that separates and indexes containers into pockets. A secondary starwheel transfers bottles onto the outfeed conveyor while inverted bottles are ejected with compressed air. The machine can be synchronised to downstream line outputs and uses container back-up control to manage flow.

Operation principle The system comprises a large covered product hopper, a flighted infeed that elevates containers into a primary starwheel for separation and indexing, and a secondary starwheel that places containers onto the outfeed conveyor. Pneumatic ejection removes upside-down bottles. Queue/back-up control synchronises the unscrambler with downstream equipment.
