OverviewUNILINE is a conveying, filling and capping system that integrates the functions required to form a complete counting line: container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping and rejection. It is designed for flexible production without bottle-specific change parts, enabling quick adaptation and immediate startup at production speed to maintain high OEE on small batches. The balcony layout provides clear visibility and easy cleanability with no hidden entrapment points. Its compact footprint reduces floor space compared with traditional equipment. Counting accuracy is ensured by available technologies: Optical sensor and E.F.S. (Electrostatic Field Sensor), suitable for challenging conditions.
