The H254E/LE is a minimally invasivecombination instrument as suggested byDr. Stefan Neumeyer for conservativepréparation of bone tissue and hard toothsubstance. The bone cutter is also availablein the 5 mm longer version H254LE witha total length of 31 mm. What are the advantages? •The instrument is used for tissue-friendly preparation of bone or bone lids which can be repositioned after removal of impacted wisdom teeth or after apical ectomy. Moreover, it can be used for definite removal of surrounding bone tissue. •Due to its efficient cutting ability the instrument is also suited for cutting hard tooth substance, in particular for separating roots. Indication: • Exposing and separating impacted wisdom teeth • Preparation of bone and bone lids Apical ectomy Recommendations for use: •Shank type 314: 80.000 rpm 100.000 rpm •Shank type 104/204/205: 40.000 rpm 40.000 rpm •Use sufficient external coolant (min. 50 ml/min.) •Apply minimal contact pressure (< 2N) •The H254E/LE.314 are designed to be used in the micromotor (red contra-angle) and not in the turbine (risk of accident)
