Product Overview
Labotemp Horizontal Autoclave HZA-04 is a 400 L horizontal steam sterilizer designed for clinical, laboratory and industrial sterilization applications. Operating up to 134°C with a working pressure of 0.22 MPa and an adjustable temperature range of 115°C–134°C, it provides consistent sterilization for a wide variety of loads. The stainless steel chamber (Φ700×1100 mm) accepts large and bulk items such as instruments, media, dressings, biological waste and rubber components, supporting high-throughput workflows in hospital CSSDs, research and biotech facilities.

Cycle Documentation & Compliance
The HZA-04 supports an optional printer for automatic recording of cycle time and chamber temperature, enabling traceability and process documentation. Units comply with ISO 13485:2016 and CE medical device requirements.

Safety and Protection
Multi-layer safety features include over-temperature and over-pressure protection, a pressure-locked door mechanism, automatic water and power cut-off, and a safety valve that vents excess steam to the water tank. The door remains locked until chamber pressure falls to 0.027 MPa; the safety valve activates if inner pressure exceeds 0.24 MPa.
