Overview
Labotemp Horizontal Steam Autoclave HZA-05 is a horizontal steam sterilizer intended for reliable sterilization of laboratory instruments, surgical tools, textiles, culture media, liquids and pharmaceutical materials. The unit features a 360 L jacketed chamber in SS304 stainless steel, an airtight pneumatic sealing system, an integrated saturated steam generator and an HMI touch-screen with PLC control to support repeatable, traceable sterilization cycles for hospital, pharmaceutical and laboratory use.

Operating principle & safety
The HZA-05 uses vacuum-assisted saturated steam sterilization to improve air removal and steam penetration. Operating range: 105°C–138°C, design temperature 144°C. The system includes automatic double-door electric locking, multi-level protections for over-temperature and over-pressure, high-precision temperature and pressure sensors, a low-noise water-ring vacuum pump and an integrated printer for process records.
