Product overview
The LPS-104 pulse vacuum sterilizer is a high-capacity steam sterilizer with a rectangular 0.8 m³ (800 L) chamber, maximum operating temperature 139°C and maximum vacuum -96 kPa. It uses pulse vacuum cycles with saturated steam to improve steam penetration in porous and lumen loads, and integrates flash vacuum drying to reduce residual moisture and shorten turnaround times.

Design & operation
The unit features a reinforced chamber and jacket for improved thermal efficiency, an inflatable silicone sealing system and an automatic vertical sliding door with safety interlock for secure, airtight operation. Flash vacuum drying and controlled drainage temperature reduce post-sterilization moisture. Built-in protections include over-pressure alarms, vacuum-leak testing and supply monitoring for steam, water and power.

Automation & control
Siemens PLC control with a color touch-screen provides programmable automatic cycle management, real-time process monitoring and sterilization record logging to support validated, traceable sterilization workflows in clinical and laboratory environments.
