Overview
Laboratory pulse vacuum sterilizer LPS-104 with a 0.8 m³ (800 L) rectangular chamber, maximum operating temperature 139°C and maximum vacuum -96 kPa. Designed for high-volume saturated-steam sterilization using pulse vacuum cycles to ensure deep steam penetration into textiles, surgical instruments, lumen devices, glassware, rubber goods and laboratory equipment. Reinforced chamber and jacket construction improve thermal efficiency. Integrated flash vacuum drying reduces residual moisture and accelerates turnaround time.

Control & Safety
Siemens PLC control with color touchscreen enables fully automatic cycle management, real-time process monitoring and sterilization record logging. Automatic vertical sliding door with safety interlock and inflatable silicone sealing system ensures airtight and safe operation. Safety features include over-pressure alarms, vacuum leakage testing, automatic drainage temperature control and intelligent process monitoring.
