With a 450 L rectangular jacketed chamber, pulse vacuum air removal and precise temperature control up to 139°C, the LPS-103 delivers reliable steam penetration and reduced residual moisture for wrapped, porous and complex loads.

Control, Safety & Operation
The LPS-103 integrates a Siemens PLC with a color touch-screen interface for automatic cycle management, parameter monitoring and process visualization. Safety and protection functions include over‑pressure alarms, vacuum leak monitoring, automatic condensate drainage control and flash vacuum drying to improve drying performance and energy efficiency. Optional remote monitoring supports predictive maintenance and secure data access.
