It features a 450 L rectangular jacketed chamber, pulse-vacuum air removal and precise temperature control up to 139°C to ensure effective steam penetration and reduced residual moisture.

Control & Reliability
The LPS-103 integrates a Siemens PLC with a color touch-screen interface for automatic cycle control, parameter monitoring and process visualization. Safety and reliability functions include over-pressure alarm, vacuum leakage monitoring, automatic condensate drainage control and flash vacuum drying to improve drying performance and energy efficiency. Optional remote monitoring supports predictive maintenance and data access.
