Design & OperationDesigned for continuous institutional use, the LPS-105 incorporates flash vacuum drying to reduce residual moisture and speed handling after cycles. The unit features an automatic vertical sliding door with an inflatable silicone sealing ring for airtight closure. Safety and process controls include over-pressure alarms, vacuum leakage detection, automatic drain temperature control and supply monitoring. Siemens PLC with color touch-screen displays and controls temperature, pressure, time and program management. Sanitary stainless-steel piping and programmable sterilization programs support hygienic operation and validation workflows.
