The BTY-B3P Gas Permeability Tester is a laboratory instrument based on the differential pressure method, designed for the determination of gas permeability of battery diaphragms, breathable films and related polymer products. It delivers automated testing with real-time pressure curve display and environmental monitoring.

Test principle
Under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, a constant differential gas pressure is applied across the specimen. Gas transmission rate and related parameters are calculated by analyzing pressure changes on the low-pressure side.
