Gomori's Trichrome special stain kit is formulated to stain and differentiate muscle fibers, collagen and nuclei, providing clear contrast between skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle. The method combines a plasma dye and a connective tissue dye with Gomori blue to produce distinct blue staining of collagen for histological evaluation.
