The BOND RXm is an automated benchtop staining platform designed for research applications to perform IHC, ISH and emerging assays with full protocol openness. The system combines three independent slide trays, open reagent architecture and advanced temperature control to fit laboratory schedules and complex assay development.

Multiplex capabilities
BOND RX software v7.0 supports enhanced chromogenic and fluorescent multiplexing, enabling visualization of up to six markers on a single slide. Options and benefits include:

• Visualize multiple targets on one slide to reveal cellular relationships and spatial context.
• Fully customisable detection systems and protocol parameters (times, temperatures, reagent order).
• Support for DNA, RNA and protein targets, FFPE and CTCs; chromogenic, fluorescent and sequencing readouts.
• Multiple chromogen color options with instrument mixing and plug-and-play chromogens compatible with BOND stainers.

Innovations & partnerships
The platform integrates validated workflows and collaborations to accelerate high-plex assay development. Representative integrations include:
