Solution
The Optoflash is part of the Flexible Measuring Solution family. With its 2D optical architecture, the Optoflash combines measurement-grade accuracy with high inspection speed. Using 2D images, features such as groove diameters, small distances, threads and thru-holes can be inspected and measured. As a software-configurable system, it can be used on a laboratory bench or integrated into production lines and robotic cells. The integrated user interface enables quick creation of control plans: operators can drag-and-drop measurement tools onto the part image to define automated inspection routines. Optoflash is available in two optical resolutions (High and Super-High) to match application requirements.
