S200 is the latest de-blistering machine from O.M.A.R. designed to recover products from blisters of various shapes and materials, including high-resistance child-resistant covers. The machine handles blisters up to 110×150 mm and features an automatic four-station handling system: 1) blister loading, 2) single-pocket perforation, 3) product ejection, 4) de-blistered blister expulsion. S200 processes blisters made with ALU, PP, medical paper, child-resistant materials, aluminium-PE, PE, etc. Format components are simple to replace and do not require tools or specialised personnel.
