Product description
The semi-automatic universal de-blistering machine F130 is designed to remove products from blisters in plastic or ALU-ALU aluminium cover without additional tooling. Supplied with accessories to process capsules, multi-shape tablets, soft-gel capsules, candies and similar items. It handles blisters up to 7 rows and a maximum width of 120 mm, with maximum blister size 120×250 mm, reducing format-change and storage costs. The machine includes a 304 stainless steel support, transparent PET-G or 316L stainless steel trays for product and waste recovery, and polycarbonate guards for accident prevention. Rotating blades cut each aluminium cover before ejection to preserve product integrity. Options: electronic piece counter, blister format guide for special configurations (e.g. diagonal cells) and AISI 316 stainless steel base. The F130 does not require compressed air and complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
