Product description The S40 manual format deblistering machine features rapid format-change systems. A small shuttle dedicated to mould positioning accepts one or more blisters with a maximum mould size of 125×95 mm. Blister loading is manual; format changes are very fast and simple. A mechanical pressure multiplier located on the upper part of the machine generates approximately 400 kg of pressure. Via a mechanical lever, it compresses the pockets, extracts the product and directs it into a tray positioned under the workstation. Built in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, the S40 is positioned as the smallest and most economical non-universal format deblistering machine on the market.
