Description

They have the purpose of aligning and stabilizing the fractures in the femur, facilitating the consolidation of the fracture and accelerating the patient's recovery. It was designed to be inserted into the intramedullary canal of long fractured bones to stabilize the ends of the fractured bone in a position that facilitates normal healing. They are intended for the treatment of diaphyseal fractures (anterograde) and supracondylar fractures (retrograde).
