Constructing a multi-structured 3D digital anatomical model from high-precision digitized human body data. Full-color, multi-material 3D printer and environmentally friendly resin material printing, providing 1:1 high simulation of physical anatomical models.
Data source: Digital Human Model
The 3D printed model of hand muscles includes the distal end of the forearm, the bones, muscles, tendons, skin, and other structures of the hand. It is a full-color printed model of a combination of soft and hard. The bone in this model is a hard material, and the muscles, tendons, and skin have a certain degree of softness and have a touch similar to real bones and soft tissues.
The morphological characteristics, walking, and mutual positional relationship of bones, muscles, tendons, and other structures in the hand muscle model are consistent with the real specimens. The textures of the muscle fibers and tendons of the forearm and hand are consistent with real hand specimens. A section of skin and superficial fascia are reserved on the hand muscle model, which can fully reflect the spatial position relationship between the bones and muscles of this part.
3D Printing
The selected full-color, the multi-material 3D printer was used to print the digital model, which uses 3D inkjet printing technology and light-curing technology with 12 material channels for multi-material combination printing. The chosen 3D printer can realize 3D printing in accordance with a variety of modes such as single hardness material, soft and hard combination material, and transparent wrapped material.
