The TW 3000 is a fully automatic multi-chamber tunnel washing system, ideal for facilities processing large volumes of medical devices. Independent chambers allow for simultaneous cycles, increasing productivity. Its modular design allows for configurations of 3 to 5 chambers, customizable for pre-wash, ultrasonic, washing, rinsing, thermal disinfection, and drying, based on specific operational needs.
High productivity requires the use of fixed automatic loading/unloading systems or ATS and M-ATS shuttles.
Water Recycling
Circuits dedicated to the recovery of demineralized (DI) water inside the pre-heating tanks allow for water and energy savings. This option is scalable up to 4 tanks to maximise cycle time and efficiency.
Automatic Rack Recognition
Thanks to the automatic rack recognition via barcodes, all device parameters and washing cycles are optimized, workflow is simplified, and human-error risks is drastically reduced.
Washing Quality
High-quality stainless steel AISI 316 washing chamber and washing arms. Low friction bearings ease washing arms rotation for improved efficiency in water and air distribution. In addition, the spray arms are easily removable, and a sump with rounded edges avoids dirt deposit and bacterial growth.
Controls for the continuous monitoring of the washing, rinsing, and thermal disinfection phases are available via pressure monitoring devices and washing arm rotation sensors
