The DS 610 Series of high capacity models of washer-disinfector offers the complete washing, thermal disinfection, and drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity of up to 10 DIN trays. An efficient hot-air drying system ensures optimal drying of all instruments and tubes after the disinfection phase, thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The devices are available as single or double door versions with manual (hinged) or automatic (sliding) opening. The loading and unloading operations can be done at an ergonomic height via loading/unloading transfer trolleys. The DS 610 Series is available in standard or “Fast Cycle” version. The latter allows to complete the cycle in as little as 35 minutes with a substantial improvement on working efficiency and a consequent reduction of energy consumption. The devices are equipped with a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel. The LCD color display allows to easily visualize cycle status. Smart Filtering System The triple water filtering system is easily accessible from the washing chamber. It captures residue preventing re-circulation during the process and extending the pump life.
