DS 600 represents the ideal aid for washing, thermal disinfection, and drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity of up to 8 DIN trays. An efficient hot-air drying system ensures optimal drying of all instruments and tubes after the disinfection phase, thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The device is available with single door or double door (pass-through). DS 600 is equipped with a manual hinged door and a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel. The LCD color display allows to easily visualize cycle status. The loading and unloading operations can be done at an ergonomic height via loading/unloading transfer trolleys. Smart Filtering System The triple water filtering system is easily accessible from the washing chamber. It captures residue preventing re-circulation during the process and extending the pump life. Comprehensive Range of Components Our range of DS 600 series of washer-disinfectors is completed with a wide range of baskets, wash carts, inserts, and components designed to meet the different needs of customers. A special washing cart is dedicated to the validated reprocessing of the daVinci® robotic surgery instruments. Features Efficient Washing The combination of a washing pump – ensuring a high flow rate – with effective spray pressure guarantees optimal cleaning performance. Thermal Disinfection Washing and disinfection temperatures are fully adjustable up to 93°C / 199°F. Temperature is monitored by two independent sensors.
