A hip spacer is an individual device in the shape of a femoral prosthesis similar to a hemiprosthesis and is made up of a head, neck and stem. Steel supporting structure with radiopaque bone cement coating (PMMA) with Gentamicin. Effective local release to treat prosthesis infection. Sterile, single-use medical device. Sterilised with ethylene oxide. Available in standard profile (Charnley type) and flat profile (Müller type) in different lengths and head diameters (consult).
